About Us
Tejas HOA Management’s goal is to provide transparent and robust service to our clients. A home purchase is often the largest investment a person can make and their equity deserves respect and care from those assigned to help maintain the community standards.
We can tailor our services to fit the needs of each neighborhood individually. Small neighborhoods may only require billing and legal requirements to be met, other neighborhoods require assistance with maintaining vendor contracts, maintaining CCR requirements, event planning and amenity scheduling. Neighbor against neighbor is never a fun moment, Tejas will step into the breach as needed to provide support, clarity and take appropriate action. Our office in Belton is equipped to host board meetings, hearings and online meetings as needed, providing a central location for homeowners who wish to put a face to the voice on the phone.
Our management fees are tailored to the level of service each neighborhood requests with amendments made as needed. At Tejas, our goal is a long-term, beneficial relationship with all clients.
